Cancellation & Return policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation and Refund before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team through email on sales@groceryhaat.ca or call us on +17808517658.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 4-8 days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. 
For a faster refund, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through our store credits, which can be used during future purchases.

If you had used store credits for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund post shipment:

Currently, we are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders. No refunds will be made on such requests.


RETURN POLICY:

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Site to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

We will take the returned product back with us and initiate a refund for the value of the returned product, which will be credited to the payment method used at the time of order on the Site.

The refund process takes a minimum of 4 - 7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

However, it is clarified that no returns or refunds are permitted after the product purchased has been accepted for delivery.
